A winter looking sky from our front porch on a cold Wednesday night.
I kicked off Thanksgiving on Wednesday night by watching one of my all time favorite movies, Gone With the Wind.
On Thanksgiving Day we drove up to Cumming to have Thanksgiving at my Nana's.
I know this isn't the most flattering picture, but it's real!
The girl cousins: Courtney, me, my sister Tiffany, Anna and Sarah.
They get more beautiful every time I see them!
Courtney is a junior at Valdosta State, Anna is a freshman at UGA, and Sarah is a sophomore at Georgia College and State University.
Courtney's brother, Josh, is a senior at Georgia Southern.
So, we are literally scattered from one end of the state to the other!
My Nana has a pug named Daisy. She is so cute, but they wouldn't let her out because she is really hyper.
Me and Courtney with our Nana.
My cousin, Josh, and his girlfriend, Sarah.
Josh and Courtney with their mom.
Their dad is deployed right now.
After we left my Nana's we went to Brandon's Mimi's, but everyone had pretty much left already, so no pictures :(.
After that my mama, sister, and Courtney went to the early sales at the Outlet Mall.
We got these awesome glitter balls at Pottery Barn for $4.95!
We also got some deals at Bath and Body Works and J. Crew.
My mama was hilarious that night!
She was so excited, like a kid in a candy store!
We left the outlets around 1am or so. No all night fighting the crowds for us this year!
Then, Courtney and I rode home with my sister and spent the night with her.
Except, we stayed up talking until 5am, and slept until 12:30 or 1 the next day.
My sister trimmed up Courtney's hair and we put on our makeup together while sharing tips on beauty and fashion...every girly girl's dream.
On Friday evening we celebrated Thanksgiving at my Papa's house, which is on the same property as my sister's in Dahlonega.
I think we were a little delirious from laughing so much and lack of sleep.
With my beautiful sister!
Anna and her boyfriend, Zack.
Us again!
More laughing with Sarah this time!
My sister's husband, Brad.
These two are about as much trouble together as me and my sister are when we're together.
My Papa and my Uncle Greg.
This one is from my cousin's FB page, because I didn't have a good one of Logan or my Grandparents.
We drove home from Dahlonega late Friday night.
Brandon drove the first 30 minutes, then I drove the remaining hour and a half while he slept.
This was the sweet little munchkin in one of our guest beds when we got home around 1:30am Saturday:
Phil brought Charlie over to our house on Friday night so that we could take Charlie to the UGA game and so that he could run the clinic for Brandon while we did that on Saturday.
What a wonderful Thanksgiving with the ones we love!
I hope yours was just a blessed!
PS-Our local high school football team beat The Cairo Syrupmakers 3-0 in overtime in Friday night's playoff game! Woo hoo!! We will play against Ridgeland High this Friday night.
