San Diego Part 6: Hotel Del Coronado

On our last night in San Diego we drove across the bay to Coronado to eat dinner at the famous Hotel Del Coronado
Before we left the hotel our sweet friend, Leslie, offered to take pictures of us since we were all dressed up!
Breathtaking is the only way I know how to describe the grounds at Hotel Del Coronado.
The entire island was just really unique and had that Old California feel to it.
Some of the rooms and villas at the hotel.
More photos, of course!
Beautiful California sunset.
The restaurant was called Sheerwater.
We dined al fresco and it could not have been more perfect!
Our appetizer was a BBQ Shrimp (rock shrimp, chipotle barbeque sauce,
red onion, cheddar cheese) wood-fired pizzetta.
I ordered the pan seared diver scallops with Served with a sweet corn risotto, green garlic,
mushrooms. Brandon had the sea bass.
We also shared a side of lobster mac & cheese
For dessert we had strawberry rhubarb cobbler and a warm caramel banana chocolate...need I say more?
Isn't the bellhop so cute?!
The details and shops in the hotel were intriguing.
What an incredible way to spend out last night in San Diego!

It's defintiely the most gorgeous place here in San Diego next to Balboa Park.
