Girls Beach Trip

Last week I went on a short girls trip to the beach with my mother-in-law (Donna), her sister (Aunt Dawn) and their mother (Mimi) to visit with Brandon's Aunt Joy's mother-in-law, Mrs. Parham.
Did you get all that? I don't expect you to ;).
Anyway, Mrs. Parham has a condo just below Flagler Beach in Florida, and she invited us down to visit with her.
We had a blast!
Let me just say that Mrs. Parham was the hostess of the century!
Of course, if you're a true beach lover like me, the first thing you do is go and see the beach and the ocean no matter what time of day it is.
Lucky for us we got to see the beautiful colors of a sunken sun.
We went on a walk to exercise and stretch out after our ride until it got too dark to see.
The next day was sunny and beautiful, so we spent the morning at the pool and then went to the beach.
Mrs. Parham on the boardwalk and Mimi in her sun hat.
Dawn and Donna: sisters
Dawn and I got to do a lot of catching up on this trip.
It was really nice to be able to just talk. She is so wise and is such a wonderful example of a Christian wife and mother, and I feel blessed to be able to hear her advice.
She is also the ultimate prayer warrior!
This was the cutest little crab! It stopped for the longest time and just posed for the camera.
Mimi bought this new outfit-yes, gingham wedges and all, to wear to the car shows when they take their red '55 Chevy Bel Air.
She was so excited and so proud of it!
I love it because it is "her!"
We had such a great time.
We shared lots of laughs, wonderful meals, shopping trips and good stories.
I really do love my in-laws and I'm so thankful to have such good relationships with them.
Looking forward to the next time...
