GA-FLA: Dawg Bait

We finally won a game in Jacksonville, and it feels good!
Both teams played horribly, which was really disappointing, but after spending much of the game thinking we were going to lose yet another game to Florida, coming out with a "W" was a huge sigh of relief!
Now, if we can just get South Carolina to lose to Florida, the Dawgs will be in good shape to go to the SEC Championship if they can win out.
They still have to beat Auburn and Tech (as in Georgia Tech).
I know some of you are Florida fans, so I am going to try to be nice, but seriously...
what is with the Florida fan base fashion?
Every year we see more half naked/almost completely naked girls.
The most common outfit is composed of cut off jean shorts with butt cheeks hanging out and a Gator t-shirt or jersey that is rolled all the way up exposing the entire midriff and hand cut to show maximum cleavage...with no regard to size.
I don't get it. I feel sorry that they think that's what they need to do to get attention.
Am I the only one who sees this year after year after year?
For the sake of modesty I am not going to put any pictures of examples on here, but just Google Florida Gator fans and see what all comes up!
And the guys could use some help, too...what is it with the jorts and the tacky shirts?!
This girl actually had on a cute dress...had to capture this!
Waiting on the game to get started with my love!
 Brandon's parents
views of Jacksonville from the stadium
 Florida buses
Pride of the Sunshine marching band...Florida does have a pretty good band.
(No, I am not pregnant-the wind was blowing my dress)
I love the way the stadium looks with the fans divided in half.
All of the UGA fans stayed and celebrated the victory!
 Cold and happy!
Our new friends who sat in front of us...James Brown and Scott Williams...they played on UGA's 1981 National Championship team!! So much fun sitting with them and listening to their commentary!
We can enjoy this victory until next year!!
Go Dawgs!

  1. I was waiting for this post from you! :) Both teams did play horribly and I agree about Florida's fashion-ick! But I think all teams have a little bit of that, sadly some girls just think they need to bare all! I enjoyed this pictures of my hometown though! :)

  3. I share your opinion of the scantily clad UF girls... unforunately, there are some at my alma mater (FSU) too. Personally, you would think since most girls love to dress up, they'd take the opportunity to dress up for football games. But, lets be honest, the girls who "forget" their clothes (lol) are probably not so interested in football anyways.. sad..
