Sunday at Tybee Island

We took off to Tybee Island to spend the afternoon on the beach Sunday afternoon. We packed our lunch and supper and soaked up some sun. Brandon was brave enough to get in the cold Atlantic Ocean despite the strong winds. Savannah has one of the busiest ports in the country and if you don't believe it spend an afternoon at Tybee watching the container ships go in and out. We watched 5 while we were there. After we packed everything up we walked around the point and listened to the waves crash. {Please ignore my ridiculous outfit-just keeping it real!}We stopped at Publix and Lovin' Spoons, a frozen yogurt bar we love, on the way home. And that was how we spent our Sunday! "So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living thing with which the water teems and that moves about in it, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good." Genesis 1:21

  8. I'm so jealous that you live so close to the beach! I LOVE the sandy shore but I'm lucky to make it once a year...
That cotton mouth made my skin crawl too! Phillip killed a copperhead in our backyard last weekend! It was right where Miss E had been playing a couple hours earlier...thank the Lord for his protection!
Hope you are having a great week!
