Horse Emergency Call

Last night Brandon and I had a date night in Statesboro and we got to eat at Longhorn's and make a return at TJ Maxx before we got called in. The important thing was we got to eat! So, we flew back down to the clinic and waited on some folks to bring their horse in. The horse was a gorgeous Peruvian Paso Fino, who had a bad laceration on her upper eyelid. I was so proud of Dr. Brandon for being so calm and positive for these sweet people. They even asked if they could pray over both Brandon and the horse before he stitched the eyelid back together. What a blessing veterinary medicine can be! assessing the area to be stitched Beautiful job, Dr. Pinson! She wasn't too thrilled about getting back on the trailer "And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven." 2 Kings 2:11
